On Saturday, June 28, 2025, Tin Drum Asian Kitchen & Boba Tea Bar opened its doors at 1155 Ernest W. Barrett Pkwy in Kennesaw, bringing its popular pan‑Asian menu to a prime spot next to the new Super Chix, Einstein Bros., and E.M. Bop Korean BBQ. This new building in the Barrett Corners shopping center replaced one that was built as a HiFi Buys and later occupied by Tucci’s Unique Furnishings & Accessories.
Tin Drum offers a diverse lineup of dishes from across Asia, presented in fun categories like Bites & Starters (Chicken Potstickers, Crab & Cheese Spring Rolls, veggie-packed Spring Rolls), Appetizers & Salads (Firecracker Cauliflower, Cantonese Green Beans, and Saigon Salad), Soups & Ramen (Thai Coconut Soup, Miso Soup, Tonkotsu Ramen), Stir‑Fries, Rice & Noodles (Pad Thai, Lo Mein, Fried Rice, General Tso’s) Grand Bentos & Signature Entrées (Katsu Chicken, Ribeye Bulgogi, Firecracker Pork Ribs, Tempura Shrimp), Wok Wings & Sandwiches, Desserts, and more.
This is also a full-service boba and drink bar with favorites like Brown Sugar Pearl, Taro, and Matcha Milk Teas as well as fruit teas in flavors such as Passion Fruit Mango, Peach, and Lychee. Additional drinks include Popping Lemon Berry Freeze, Vietnamese Iced Coffee, lemonades (including Yuzu), bottled teas, Ramune sodas, and classic soft drinks.
