‘Atlanta Campaign’ Lecture

From the opening action at Tunnel Hill, the resultant Battle of Kennesaw Mountain, and the fall of Atlanta, the 1864 Atlanta Campaign brought hard fighting, and destruction to Georgia. Michael Shaffer, the assistant director of Kennesaw State University’s Civil War Center, will recount the various actions from this campaign.
