
Kennesaw’s Santa Parade always inspires delight and wonder for the young and young at heart. The Santa Parade will feature festive holiday characters, musical ensembles, designer floats, live reindeer and the jolly old elf himself, Santa Claus. The parade will last approximately one hour. Arrive early for a good viewing location and dress appropriately for the weather.
The parade will begin near the intersection of Park Drive and Main Street and proceed south and east down Main Street, marching past Cherokee Street toward Sardis Street.
Bring your camera and take holiday pictures with Santa after the parade. Festivities will continue near the Depot, 2828 Cherokee Street, with live stage entertainment, youth activities, seasonal vendor booths and sponsor exhibits. Admission is free.
A Christmas Tree Lighting program with live music and sing-a-long will begin at 5:30 p.m. in front of the Depot.
